During Pregnancy

• Complimentary meet and greet

• Prenatal visit and pregnancy check in. We’ll discuss nutrition, desires and concerns for labor, pain management, coping techniques, and postpartum recovery

• Phone support beginning at time of hire - I love to be updated throughout to know how you and baby are doing!

• On call 24/7 starting at week 37 until the arrival of baby

During Labor and Delivery

• Consistent physical, emotional, and informational support

• Responsive to birth needs and can help develop a new plan if needed

• Advocate and go-between from mother to nurse or medical practitioner

• Initial breastfeeding support

Postpartum

• Set up home visit within two weeks of birth

• Debrief birth experience

• Address physical or nutritional concerns

• Assess and assist with infant feeding

• Provide guidance and resources for newborn care
